Total Fee Transparency
We provide the highest quality health care with extraordinary cost savings outside of a traditional emergency department. We are a patient-advocate practice — we will never perform diagnostic testing for monetary gain.
Our only mission is to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible health care. In keeping with our mission, a detailed price list of our services is provided below, along with examples and explanations that will allow every patient to fully understand their financial exposure when utilizing our centers.
Unlike many facilities, we do not feel it is appropriate to request a credit card authorization at time of registration — and none of our locations will do so.
Services and Fees
All charges will first be billed to your insurance company other than any required Copay or Visit Fee (required at the time of service). Once your insurance company notifies us of covered and non-covered services — then and only then — will you receive a bill for any remaining fees. We DO NOT request a credit card authorization at time of registration.
Visit Fee
As with all medical offices (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Department, and specialist), there is an initial fee for being seen by a medical provider. This fee includes registration, records update and management, triage and assessment.
The fee is determined by the Level of Complaint and whether the patient has previously been seen.* A Level 3 Complaint represents a low-acuity concern (such as sore throat, ear pain). A Level 4 Complaint, represents a higher-acuity (such as rib fracture, or headache). A Level 5 Complaint represents the highest acuity complaint (such as cardiac event, serious illness or injury).
These codes are established by medical insurance guidelines and adhered to by all practices.
Not including any additional testing that may be needed, our fees are provided below:
Level 3 Visit Fee
Low-acuity complaints, such as.:
- Sore Throat
- Ear Pain
- Finger Pain
- Finger Fracture
- Cough
$120 – Established Patient
$150 – New Patient
Level 4 Visit Fee
High-acuity complaints, such as:
- Headache
- Rib Fracture
- Abdominal Pain
- Shortness of Breath
- Cellulitis
$155 – Established Patient
$220 – New Patient
Level 5 Visit Fee
High-acuity complaints, such as:
- Serious Illness or Injury
- Chest Pain
- Multiple Procedures
- Physician Consultation
$215 – Established Patient
$225 – New Patient
*The reason an Established Patient visit is less than a New Patient visit is that a new patient requires more in-depth registration, triage and assessment.
Medications
Below is a list of our medication formulary provided on location – which, if necessary will be administered during a patient visit. These will only be given while a patient is being treated — we do NOT send patients home with medication. Rather, we e-scribe medication: meaning we send prescriptions via the internet so they will be ready for pickup at your pharmacy when you arrive.
We do not charge for the medication itself administered during a visit, however, there will be a small fee for injected and IV medication administration. All oral medications are free of charge and included in your initial visit fee. Please see our detailed pricing below:

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT HEALTH CARE
We’re confident the information provided here will prove invaluable for every patient in need of affordable health care. At our Centers we have never — and will never — perform diagnostic testing for monetary gain — and we have the statistics to prove that.
- Significant Savings — Both Time And Money.
On average, only 12% of emergency department patients are admitted into the hospital, while the remaining 88% are discharged home with significant out-of-pocket expenses.
Utilizing our Centers allows for minimal daily-life disruption and significant out-of-pocket savings. Our goal is to keep patients in the comfort of their own home through proper diagnosis and treatment along with close follow-up with their primary care provider.
- Affordable Medical Testing.
Once registered at our Center, you will have the opportunity to discuss your medical history and health concerns. Following your medical assessment, as a team, you and our provider will confirm if the testing is – in fact, necessary. If so, we will perform said testing at substantial cost savings to you and your insurance company. We will then discuss the findings with you and forward all information to your primary care provider.
- With Changing Times Comes the Need for Change in Health Care.
Due to a lack of health insurance, escalating health care costs and the inability to pay for proper diagnostic testing, many are forced to live a sub-optimal lifestyle.
So, whether insured or not, all of our pricing is both reasonable and AFFORDABLE.
