Urgent Care is a medical practice providing prompt treatment of all non-life-threatening acute injuries and illnesses for patients of all ages on a walk-in basis.
When should I go to Norwood Urgent Care?
- Norwood Urgent Care recognizes the inefficiencies in our Nations Health Care system and has created an affordable convenient alternative from practical medicine.
- When your schedule does not warrant the time for an appointment or extended wait in an emergency room.
- When visiting from out of town or your primary care physician is inaccessible.
How long will I have to wait?
Patients are seen on a first come first served basis. Most patients will have a total time of less than 25 minutes from the moment they walk through the door to the time of discharge. While every attempt will be made to see you as quickly as possible, wait times may vary, depending on patient volume.
What forms of insurance do you accept?
At Norwood Urgent Care we accept most medical insurance plans and offer competitive self pay rates. Most insurance co-payments will be the cost of a routine office visit and not of an expensive emergency department. You will be treated with the respect you deserve in your time of need.
